The logo initially represents a palm tree that usually grows in the beach areas. As Copacobana is a brazillian beach, the concept of abstract palm leaf strongly visualizes and sums up to the theme of the logo. Meanwhile, adding to the concept of the logo is the letter "C " from CopaCabana which is used on both sides on the bottom of the leaf.
